Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment

Modern landscapes and their character are usually determined by a combination of elements, both natural and man made. A primary intention of the RMA is to protect the natural landscape character as much as possible. Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment is being requested more and more by your local council to fully determine the effects of a given project upon the landscape and visual amenity.
