Georgina Olsen 

Director, Landscape Architect / Planner 

A qualified Planner and Landscape Architect, Georgina has 15 years combined experience in landscape architecture, resource management and environmental planning across New Zealand and in Australia.

 

Georgina has completed her Masters in Planning Practice (hon), and has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture as well as a Diploma in Architectural Technology. 

Working closely within the Resource Management Act and district and regional authority legislation, Georgina specialises in Resource Management Planning, preparation of Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments, Cultural Impact Assessments, alongside public and stakeholder engagement.

Georgina's personal journey has covered an extensive range of disciplines that has provided a multiplicity of experience, placing her in the unique position of understanding the web of complexities presented by planning and its relationship with landscapes and the  environment.

Heather Osborne 

Senior Planner 

Heather joined Landform with over eight years experience in the local government sector. Most recently, Heather worked in the WDC Infrastructure Group as a Senior Planner. Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Geography from Otago University and a Masters of Planning Practice (Hons) Degree from the University of Auckland.

 

Time spent in local government has seen Heather develop a sound understanding of national, regional and district level environmental regulation. Her skill set covers the processing of a wide range of residential and commercial land use and subdivision consents and working on a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and capital projects.

 

Heather enjoys the relationship-building often involved in RMA and Reserves Act processes and working on consent projects that require engagement with various parties, including hapu and the wider public. She is adept at communicating complex planning tasks, in a way that is easily understood. Her goals are to support those entering into projects that require navigation of the various layers of planning and environmental legislation so that it is a pleasant and stress-free experience.
